High-density polyethylene self adhesive waterproofing membrana is one kind of polymer waterproof rolling material which is specially developed for the underground and tunnel engineering. It adopts the pre-laying construction technology, and can form a strongly reverse bond with the post-pouring concrete structure. In this rolling material, the extruded sheet of modified polyethylene resin is made as the main waterproof material, while the water-soluble isolation material is adopted as the waterproof bonding layer, and then the protective layer of polyethylene membrana is covered to form the polymer waterproof rolling material. After the self-adhesive layer of rolling material is reacted and concreted with the cast-in-situ and liquid concrete pulp, the gapless bond between the waterproof layer and concrete structure is formed to prevent the hidden danger of water breakthrough between the layers, so that the system reliability of waterproof system can be effectively improved.

*The pre-laying & reversely bonding technology of product: The pre-laying & reversely bonding technology is adopted to form one integration with the structural concrete of rear foot, so that the problem of traditional wrapped waterproof can be resolved.

*La lámina de alta resistencia soporta eficazmente grietas y perforaciones sin necesidad de una capa protectora adicional. Tras colocar la armadura, puede verterse el hormigón.

*High bonding strength. The product can form a permanent bond with concrete. It has a higher bonding strength and excellent effect of water retention, so that the leakage probability can be effectively reduced.

*Protección frente a asentamientos. A diferencia de las capas impermeables tradicionales, el material preaplicado de adherencia inversa se une a la estructura y evita daños causados por asentamientos de la cimentación.

*Material ligero y fácil de instalar. Con un espesor de 1,2 mm permite alcanzar una impermeabilización de grado A y puede colocarse rápidamente por dos operarios en superficies simples o complejas.

*Waterproof for all weather use. The construction can be done in the multiple environments of rainy season, summer and winter etc.

*Shorten the construction period. The requirement for formation level is not high, and the structure layer is less. The construction is quick and convenient. The construction period will be shortened to over 10 days than that of common rolling material.

Storage Conditions

The height of horizontal storage for the rolling material shall not be over five layers, and the rolling material shall be stacked in a single layer when it is vertically storaged.
Avoid the sun, avoid the rain and pay attention to the ventilation. The ambient temperature should not be higher than 45°C, and the relative humidity should not be over 80%.
When they are stored at the same time, the multiple types and specifications of products should be separately placed according to the different types and specifications, and should not be mixed to prevent any misuse.
Under the normal storage conditions, the warranty period of product is 1 year since the date of production. After the expiration date, the recheck and confirm of product that the test is qualified must be done before any use of product.
